Janelle Karas

Founder and Owner, Broker/Auctioneer | Prestige Auction

Janelle Karas commenced her Real Estate career in 1989 in “list and sell” Real Estate, and has been involved in the mortgage industry, real estate development and investing. Since June 2002, Janelle has worked exclusively in the Real Estate Auction industry and has successfully sold hundreds of properties in the Western United States via auction.

Janelle has developed in-house operations and maintains an ongoing roster of auction clientele. Janelle is experienced in all facets of the real estate auction process from contract signing to closing and prides herself on her level of excellence and detail that ensures a successful sell or their property.

Janelle provides innovation and vision to the real estate auction industry, is an active educator and Past Board Member of the Colorado Auctioneer’s Association. She is an active member of both the State and National Auctioneers Associations and participates in Charity Auctions as well as being a much sought-after speaker and proponent of the auction industry.

Danielle Beserra

Marketing Director | Prestige Auction

Danielle Beserra began working for Prestige as a content creator and has since been charged with marketing strategy, campaign execution and business development efforts.

Danielle graduated from ASU in 2019 with a degree in Journalism/ Mass Communications and a focus in Publics Relations and Digital Marketing. She is passionated about using her skills to creatively help companies connect with the public. She believes that marketing brands who can make a positive impact is the best way to utilize the power of digital marketing.

Apart from her work with Prestige Auction, Danielle has been in charge of multi- channel marketing campaigns across the state of Arizona in addition to managing social media strategy and website development for real estate agent in multiple states.

Susan Tice

VP of Business Development | Prestige Auction

Susan began her Real Estate marketing career in 1997 within the Auction Industry. Susans background includes property staging, marketing as well as project management. She has helped to procure hundreds of Million dollar plus assets to include Luxury Mansions, Farms and Ranches, Hospitality resorts, Commercial Investments and Development Acreage. Sellers enjoy working with her because she has a positive attitude and they know that they can trust their marketing campaign and guidance with her.
