Commercial Building in Downtown Historic Canon City, CO

Time is running out! Get your Property Info Pack today.
Although livery stables once flourished in Canon City, there are few reminders today.  However, one of the largest, the Eclipse Livery, has been beautifully preserved.  The iron horse once elevated over the livery doorway is replaced today by the owner’s handmade replica of an 1890’s bicycle.  The second story formerly provided living quarter for stable hands and has now been partially removed to create a high ceiling and a 1600 sq ft unfinished 2nd level studio with bath.  A walk through the ornamental doorway decorated with antique stained glass truly puts the past in tune with the present for this opportunistic commercial investment.
